Education and AssociationsHaving earned a Bachelors degree in Mathematics and a Master degree in Business Administration. Working with numbers and helping people find the best fit in a home both financally and emotionally is a very rewarding career. Problem solving, organization, marketing savvy, communication along with client sensitivy are provided with a friendly face.
Experience and Background InformationAfter teaching high school math for 9 years, I entered into a Real Estate career in 1977. I have been very successful helping familys with their Real Estate needs ever since. I look upon my career as a service orientated profession. It is my job to pinpoint the clients needs and help them achieve their personal goals.
Area of expertiseHaving been raised in Lakewood, attended college in Long Beach, lived in Lakewood or Long Beach most of my adult life and in 2002 moved back to Lakewood. It felt like I was "Coming Home". Since the beginning of this choice of livelyhood I decided to make the Lakewood area my area of expertise. Therefore, I know the local real estate market as only experience and hard work can provide. HOWEVER, Over the last 30 years I have been able to help clients with their real estate needs in many outside areas.
